With over a decade of extensive legal practice, Ines has cultivated a deep love for the law and excels at navigating complex challenges to deliver outstanding results for her clients. Known for her fierce loyalty and client-focused approach, Ines is driven by kindness, consideration and a commitment to achieving practical resolutions. Her clients appreciate her great sense of humour, down-to-earth nature, and approachability.

As a NewLaw pioneer, Ines is dedicated to advancing the legal profession by improving the delivery of legal services. This includes adapting technology, shifting to client-centric delivery models, and mentoring the next generation of lawyers. Together with her team, Ines strives to create an innovative and forward-thinking environment where young professionals can thrive in an ever-changing legal world.

Ivana is the Practice Manager at Melbourne Law Studio, dedicated to keeping our boutique firm running smoothly while maintaining the high standard of personalised legal services we’re known for. Her role involves managing daily operations, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring full compliance with industry regulations.

With a focus on streamlining workflows and aligning strategies with our firm’s values, Ivana creates a collaborative environment that supports Melbourne Law Studio’s core principles of integrity, excellence, and client-focused service. Known for her direct approach, keen insight and unwavering resolve, she’s a leader through change and a strong pillar of support for both clients and the team.

Outside the office, Ivana enjoys exploring new foods and spending quality time with her dogs, whether hiking, camping, or simply appreciating the outdoors. These activities help her stay balanced and refreshed, allowing her to bring renewed energy to her role.

Theresa is a Senior Family lawyer with a wealth of experience.

She has a strong reputation for being straightforward, empathetic, and outcome-driven, always focused on achieving the best results for her clients in complex family and relationship matters, as well as estate planning.

With experience gained from working at boutique and mid-tier law firms, Theresa has handled a wide range of cases, including alternative dispute resolution and litigation across multiple courts and jurisdictions.

Whether negotiating out-of-court settlements or guiding clients through the court process, Theresa is a dedicated advocate who provides practical, timely, and holistic advice. Her approach ensures that her clients feel supported and achieve realistic, positive outcomes.

Demi is a passionate family lawyer, dedicated to providing exceptional client service. Her client-centric approach allows her to manage cases and help clients navigate some of the most challenging times in their lives, such as separation, divorce, parenting, and property matters.

With her experience in family law, Demi is dedicated to securing the best possible outcomes for her clients while always keeping their best interests in mind. Her strong communication skills and empathetic nature allow her to build strong relationships with her clients and provide them with the support they need during difficult times, all while achieving positive results.

From the outset of family law matters, Demi aims to diffuse tense situations, resulting in a calmer atmosphere for successful dispute resolution or negotiations. Where litigation is unavoidable, Demi will take a firm and strategic approach to ensure that the client’s resources are utilised efficiently and the matter remains resolution-focused.

Demi spends her free time hanging out with her Ragdoll cat, Sophie and often enjoys (poorly) singing ballads at any chance she gets.

With a strong passion for both Family and Commercial Law, Taylor has already established herself as a capable, driven Junior Lawyer and a highly respected part of our team.

Taylor brings a unique blend of experience, having worked in community legal services, not-for-profit sectors, and the banking industry. Her background in retail and commercial lending, along with her experience in company structures and complex trusts, equips her to expertly assist clients with commercial litigation and complex property pools in family law matters.

Committed to supporting clients through difficult family law issues, Taylor is particularly passionate about helping those affected by family violence. She has spent a year volunteering in court, aiding diverse clients with Family Violence Intervention Orders, and is ready to guide individuals in need of or responding to these orders.
